Tim was raised in the Midwest, but knew Colorado was where he wanted to be after his first visit for grad school. He had always been interested in puzzles and math, so structural engineering was a perfect fit. He worked at several larger firms before meeting his business and climbing partner Matt who convinced him they could do it better on their own. No regrets since they started in 2007.
